Carriers and delivery conditions
We will deliver your parcels as soon as possible.
Shipments are always dispatched on the next working day unless otherwise agreed or unless the next working day is not possible. Shipments are sent by the carriers selected by the customer in the order form unless we agree otherwise with you. The price for shipping is specified in the order form.
In case of damage to the goods, please contact us immediately. Take a photo of the goods with the carrier or do not accept them at all and notify the carrier that you will not accept them due to packaging damage. Returns cannot be conscientiously considered and will not be accepted unless we agree otherwise.
If the goods are not to your liking or are obviously damaged you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days unless it is a bespoke manufacture not covered by this guarantee. However, even in these cases we will be happy to accommodate you and offer a refund when you contact us.
